Documenting Africa

So, it's been nearly an entire year since our Africa journey.  We came back with over a terabyte of video footage and I have finally culled, edited, and polished it into a workable video.

The process of going through all the footage and rewatching it to see if anything interesting happened and then naming the files and then finding the right files and putting it together with music and editing the color and saturation and sound took me a extremely long time.

This work is a labor of love - I hope to enjoy watching this video when I am old and remembering the good times.  Melanie and I had a great time visiting our friend, Kate, in Africa and this video does justice to that.

The video is around an hour and 45 minutes long - which is very long for YouTube.  I encourage you to watch it it bits and pieces - I hope you enjoy it :)
